Born from a Love
of the Ritual
Golden Drip began in 2019 with one question: what if a coffee shop could feel like a sanctuary?
From Seed to Cup
Our founders, Mia Chen and Aiden Brooks, met on a coffee farm in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Both had left careers in design and architecture, drawn by the same revelation: coffee is the world’s most underappreciated art form.
They spent two years traveling origin countries, studying traditional brewing ceremonies, and apprenticing with master roasters in Tokyo and Melbourne. Golden Drip is the culmination of that journey — a space where every detail, from the ceramics to the water temperature, is considered.

Intentional Craft
Nothing is accidental. From the temperature of the water to the angle of the pour, every variable is dialed in to honor the beans and the people who grew them.
Sustainability First
We pay above fair-trade prices, use compostable packaging, and power our roaster with renewable energy. Our waste-to-compost program returns nutrients to partner farms.
Community Anchor
We host monthly cupping sessions, latte art workshops, and coffee origin talks. Golden Drip is a gathering place — a neighborhood living room that happens to serve exceptional coffee.
